Stephanie and I had an awesome encounter on Saturday.
In town for a conference, she arrived a day early to catch up with me (blushing) and do some site seeing.
I was test driving my friends really nice, dark blue 65th anniversary Jeep Wrangler, for the weekend and so with a glorious 27 degree winters day in Sydney and the roof off, we soothed on into the groovy vibes from the stereo and cruised on over to Coogee Beach for lunch.
We both had chicken burgers with fries and I had a coke and Steph a soda water.
Then it was time to measure her up, so we headed back to our ride and I took Stephanie’s measurements in front of some the locals.
The numbers…
Since I first met Steph on the 27th of December 2008 until now Saturday the 15th of August 2009 she has dropped from 135.9kgs to 107.5kgs (28.4kgs) and lost a total of 118cms from her chest, midrif, waist, tummy, hips and thigh.
When I asked her “What was the method that you used to lose a steady 3.5kgs a month?”
She replied, “For the first 3 weeks of the month I take 2 Herbalife shakes a day with added protein and eat only one meal of whatever I want. And i try to make that a healthy one. And then I have 1 shake every breakfast and 2 meals and I find that the Herbalife nutritional shake mix suppresses my appetite enough throughout the day that I dont over eat on my main meals.”
Stephanie also does a lot of exercise. She canoes, rows, bikes, hikes alot and lives an active lifestyle travelling all over Australia and the world for her job. (she asked me not to mention her employers name)
Recently in Morocco for a conference that included caterering for all the attendees, she found that she was better able to control her appetite as the Herbalife shakes made her feel nourished and satisfied.
Driving Steph back to the city so she could continue on her siteseeing we talked about how she was progressing when she said, “when I lose another 7 kgs, I’m going on a shopping spree.”
