In Network Marketing as in most other industry’s, attraction marketing principles apply. In network marketing in particular, the aim is to build a downline that produces a steady and increasing volume each and every month for the rest of time.
For that to happen your business needs to have regular customers and your downline needs to have regular customers also so that products are being turned over and reordered.
One of the biggest mistakes you can make in network marketing is to focus SOLELY on recruiting because although you can get some good volume building up downline, when the new distributors who are joining have invested their savings into stock and it does not move… then they start to FREAK OUT and look for WAYS OUT of the business. When this happens the first thing that they do is send back their stock to the company ONMASS and many times this is when it all collapses!
On the other hand when you have distributors who have regular consumers of the products meaning they have clients, then not only are they happy because they are making steady income but they are also helping people with the products. And as a result they have daily cash flow with which to invest back into the business to keep it going long enough for them to build a downline of their own!
What you want is a business of happy distributors and customers and the easiest and fastest way to do that is to help your team to have SOLID retail in their business EVERY month!
When you can do this then you will automatically become a sponsor that others will want to follow, because you are able to show them how to build a REAL business built on solid foundations and not one built on hype or fear!
THAT is the secret to being a magnetic sponsor and have people chase you, with credit card in hand wanting to join you in business!
