The world needs more leaders. And now is the time for the true leaders of the world to stand up and be counted and demonstrate TRUE leadership qualities!

When you take a look around you can see that leadership is missing in almost every aspect of life.

In the homes of many children around the world, they grow up without proper parenting or none at all.

In the schools and university’s students lack teachers that they can look up to and want to emulate.

Even our sports stars who should be the perfect rolemodels show lack of leadership and get themselves into all kinds of trouble both on and off the playing field!

Our governments shift blame and responsibility for our current ecenomic disaster and the health of the planet and postpone the problems onto the next generation and in all there is a great big fat leadership whole that needs to be filled by someone.

And if you wanted to step up, show some leadership qualities and not just rant some text book leadership quotes, you would find that you have a world desperate to follow you.

I want to share with you what I have discovered about good leadership skills that make a real difference and how to attract hundreds or thousands of prospects to you that you can basically, help to be better, do better, and get more out of life.

When you sponsor someone to your business, don’t you feel some responsibility to them to show them how to be successfull and set them on the path of leadership development?

You want to set a good example and develop good leadership characteristics so that you become the kind of leader that people want to follow because, what good is sponsoring loads of people if they don’t follow you as a leader? Right?

In Network Marketing as in most other industry’s, attraction marketing principles apply. In network marketing in particular, the aim is to build a downline that produces a steady and increasing volume each and every month for the rest of time.

For that to happen your business needs to have regular customers and your downline needs to have regular customers also so that products are being turned over and reordered.

What you want is a business of happy distributors and customers and the easiest and fastest way to do that is to help your team to have SOLID retail in their business EVERY month!

When you can do this then you will automatically become a sponsor that others will want to follow, because you are able to show them how to build a REAL business built on solid foundations and not one built on hype or fear!

THAT is the secret to being a magnetic sponsor and have people chase you, with credit card in hand wanting to join you in business!
